    Bad day for MMA, Ryan Bennett always did the mmaweekly.com radio show and also interviewed tons of fighters inside the cage and i could go on and on.

    The article states that his wife is still in surgery and his kids are in the hospital as well.

    Thoughts go out to the Bennett family.

    wow that's crazy. it's scary for me too because i had a blowout going about 80 a couple years ago. i didn't think much of it at the time.
