    Post Memorial Day Workout

    Yesterday I just let loose with the family and had some burgers/brats/potato salad...etc. You know, the works. So I just got back from hitting the weights and hour or so ago and holy shit was that a great workout. My energy was through the roof after a major "cheat day". Anyone else have something similar happen to them after yesterdays festivities or have had this happen to them after a big cheat?

    I am guessing you got a good pump from all the excess stored glycogen in the muscles....

    ditto...some of my best workouts are after my cheat meals...especially if i have pasta that week...ill get the "pasta pump".

    Whatever it was makes me want to cheat everyday! Not gonna happen though.
