It sounds like you are on target. I would just continue to run ~60mcgs after your first workout. I wouldn't expect that you are going to have any problems with your ~200g of carbs per day. I will typically run about that during certain times of the year with LR3, and so far it has been without incident. The impact on BG levels with LR3 is much more mild than with insulin ... very minimal with all but a complete keto diet for most people, including me.
As Rodge has already mentioned, if you respond like I do you will be able to keep the calories up a bit more than normal contest prep rations while still leaning out nicely for contest time. Best of luck ... keep us posted on how it works out for you and how the contest goes.
