    Cardio Quest.

    Is It Necessary To Do Cardio While Your On Your Cycle.i Here About It But Not Sure Whats It Doing For You.does It Just Keep Everything In Tact On A An Even Keel.

    I always do cardio, don't wanna fatten up too much, esp when I'm killin calories on a cycle.

    if you do it you might not gain as much water or fat thats for sure...so your weight wont get as high but what you gain will be better looking, you will have a leaner look instead off the bloated one...i never used to do it, because i always wanted to gain as much weight as possible, but then i realized it is qulaity over quantity.....

    i felt the same way(on trying to keep as much weight on as possible)but im starting to notice a little extra around my waist.my cores my downfall.how much do you guys recommend a week.

    I say hit 30-45minutes of cardio 3 times a week in the AM. I would take BCAA about 10g before.

    on cycle i do, 20-30minpwo eod....if i am pre comp i do 40-50min in the morning ed, and 20-30 pwo ed

    i usually only do cardio on cutting cycles
