Whats up guys, Im starting PP in a few days and im writing this to get help, advice, and to create a semi log for myself. when i wake up i plan on taking 400mg of Milk Th., 540 mg of Saw Palm, and 565 mg of Hawthorn Berries. After i eat ill take a 1 PP pill. I figure before I lift later on in the day ill take another PP pill. Before I go to bed ill take another 400mg of Milk Th, 540mg of SP, and 565mg of Haw Berries.
Let me know what you all think about this.
BTW im 6'1 and 180. i have been lifting for about 5 years without the body to show it. while taking other supps and eating like crazy so i figured i need to try something new.
