    Starting Phera Plex

    Whats up guys, Im starting PP in a few days and im writing this to get help, advice, and to create a semi log for myself. when i wake up i plan on taking 400mg of Milk Th., 540 mg of Saw Palm, and 565 mg of Hawthorn Berries. After i eat ill take a 1 PP pill. I figure before I lift later on in the day ill take another PP pill. Before I go to bed ill take another 400mg of Milk Th, 540mg of SP, and 565mg of Haw Berries.

    Let me know what you all think about this.

    BTW im 6'1 and 180. i have been lifting for about 5 years without the body to show it. while taking other supps and eating like crazy so i figured i need to try something new.

    i'd make sure you get atleast 1g of milk thistle. i'd aim for 1.5g's of hawthorne berry. are you running 20/20/20/20? also what about PCT?

    last thing is, you didn't really ask a question. be specific with what you're looking for.

    i think imma run 10/20/20/20. I didnt have any specific questions, I just wanted some feedback. my pct is going to look something like
    75mg atd + 50mg dhea + 1.8g fenugreek + 600mg 6-oxo + zma
    50mg atd + 75mg dhea + 2.4g fenugreek + 600mg 6-oxo + zma
    25mg atd + 100mg dhea + 3g fenugreek + 400mg 6-oxo + zma
    25mg atd + 3.6g fenugreek + 200mg 6-oxo + zma

    Not to be a dick, but at 6'1 180, you are NOT eating like crazy. I would check out the diet forum and read the bulking sticky if that is your goal.

    ive followed a strict bulking diet and i went from 150s to around 180 but i have been stuck around that weight for about 3 years. im naturally thin and have a lanky build. I eat more then other dudes who are way bigger then me. on the typical day i eat 5 big meals and shakes.

    I am gonna buy nolva just in case i have ne problems but Ive read that the PCT i am planning on using works well.

    My trainning goes upper body day then a lower body& shoulders two days off then repeat.

    I would sugest you learn how to eat properly first, then maybe use PP. It is obvious something is wrong if yuo have been "stuck" at your weight for 3yrs while trying to get bigger.

    PP is merely a supplement, its not a miracle worker and diet is key to success.

    I know what you guys are saying....But i have been lifting since i was 16 and and dieting since i was 20. Naturally im a thin person and so is my family. lol i know girls with bigger wrists and ankles then me. i eat every three hours and try to get in as many cals as i can everyday.

    Only a supp? I though it was a powerful designer roid. Least thats what I thought the consensus was.

    I agree about the thistle and hawthorn. You may want to look into other supporting supplements as well.

    Yeah i dont call this a merly supplement when most people gain between 12 -18 pounds on this.

    I will use it myself this summer and see how it works for me.

    ya im getten some too, interested how it compares to M1T.

    i heard that it is illegal for the companies to make any more but they can sell what they have left.

    You know i don't give a shit if it is a supplement or a steroid, neither a supp or steroids are a miracle worker. DIET is the deciding factor in getting the most out of your cycle bottom line.

    I am here to suggest you get your diet perfected so you can reach your goals, IMO this is a case of cart before the horse but what do i know, its your body and i wish you good luck.

    What about cholesterol support supplements? Bryan2 has an excellent stickie on the products that you could use (fish oils, niacin, etc.).

    im taking hawthorn berries and fish oils twice a day. When you guys were taking PP did you guys have sides like feeling tired all the time or ne thing else?

    My brother did but I did not have any problems with it. He will not do another cycle of PP again. I've already finished two cycles.
