    shake before bed if cutting??

hi guys, i just started a ECA stack and am just trying to lose some lower belly fat, thats my only problem area, rest of me looks pretty good. i usually take a 40gram shake right before bed or around 10 or 11pm. is this smart to do or should i not put anything in me after a certain time at night?

    im 25yrs old, 5'10, 200lbs

fine...try to get casin...but you may find toward the end of cutting that whole foods keep you more sane....its a personal thing, if so id do some cottage cheese and flax instead

  4. #4
might want to nix the cottage cheese if you are really cutting, unless you can find the dry curd kind which has less that 1g carb per serving

stick with protein/flax ....casein is good

I usually have about 15 egg whites and a tablespoon and a half of flaxseed oil.

    Perfection!

Salmon is cool, but lately I've not been into fish much.

When dieting I tend to stick to eggs/chicken/beef.

I had some fish a few weeks ago and the smell was just too much for me, and it kind of ruined things fish-wise for a while.

My breakfast is usually oats and a whey shake, or oats and egg whites.

I love egg whites and the quality protein they deliver.

I'm so jealous. Between the time it gets shipped up to Canada, and the bad cooks who constantly overcook it, calamari is always chewy. I love the flavour of it, and can't wait till I'm back into the USA so I can have some quality sea-food.

The best part of my trip to San Fransico was the awesome sea-food. MMM... fresh crab.

I eat about 6-9 eggs ED at breakfast w/ oatmeal......6 days/week.......considering that only yolks are not good for lipids/cholesterol......that's ok since i just put 2 max per meal.....

How do you make the oats ang egg whites?

Do you fry/scramble the egg whites and them put them in with the oats? And is that too much carb/fat mixing or is it cool?
