    Everybody has to start somewhere...

    ../Flame suit on

    Hi all,
Yes im very new to training and this forum and ive thought LONG and HARD bout posting this pic,but to be honest im very impressed on how much size ive put on my arms in just over 5 weeks!
Im 6"2 bout 180lb and 31 years old,i train 3 times a week, not doing any cardia yet just trying to bulk up,ive always been a skinny guy till i hit my late 20s then woke up one morning with a gut, lol.

Im just doing the basics at the moment which include

    Chest- flat,incline,decline
    Shoulders- military press/Arnie press
    Squats/deads/shrugs
    Biceps with z-bar and dumbells
    Pullovers for triceps
    and calf press for legs

I thought that i could post a pic now then again at 3 months, then 6 months and again at 12 month etc etc as a reference like.
