I'm going away in less 3 weeks, and want to drop the remaining body fat. Currently I'm around 208lb with 12% BF, I'm doing cardio 4 times a week (45 min) and following a pretty clean diet. Any last minute tips would be helpful?

Do cardio 7 times a week. Make sure your diet is 100% clean instead of pretty.
