    horrible pain

I did my first shot of test e 250 mg on tues. The shot was painless and about a half hour later I went to the gym and had no pain or anything. By the way the shot was in the shoulder. So the next day wed. it was a little sore kind of felt like someone gave me a charlie. Thurs. it was a little sore again but I did go about doing my back and biceps. Friday the pain was horrbile and i could barley lift my arm at all. Same with sat. Sunday felt a little better but still tremendous pain. Today I got the same pain in my arm as yesterday. I was suppsoe to do shoulders on sat. but couldnt cuz I could barley move my arm. Today im suppose to do chest and triceps but once again am not going to be able to. The pain is in the shoulder area where i injected but mostly right under that at the side of my arm inbetween my bicep and tricep. I was reading from where i got my test from and everyone said its really good but the pain is unbearable. A couple people said they ahd dramatic pain for about 4 days after the shot, well im on day 7 and still having the pain. I tried a heating pad the other day and i think it made it even worse. Took some IBprofin a few time and made it feel a ittle better. I also did my second shot on friday in the glutes. Its a little sore but nothing like my shoulder. Any help from you guys about what I should do or how to get ride of this terible pain would be incredable.

Come ere and let me give you a hug
Thats about all I can do for ya.
I'm actually almost in the exact same boat as you.
I cant believe you took your first shot in the shoulder you man you.
I took my first shot (Test E 250mg) into my left quad last Thursday.
And the time frame was pretty much the same as yours however the pain ceased to continually increase after about 60 hours.
Now theres just a constant charlie there gradually getting better.
    My next shot is tommorow.
I was going to do it in my right quad this time however the glute may not be a bad option.....hmmmmm.

I have been on 15mg of NAP D-bol as well every day and I am already getting swole...fuk!n kickass.
Cant wait to train today heh heh.
    Good luck.

some more info.... first cycle? what size dart did you use? did you go all the way in? did you rub your shoulder after the injection? did you twist, or bend the needle while you were injecting? you should use the heating pad directly after injection, not 3 days later.....

I have heard mention that there was an issue on whether it was a no-no to rub the site area after a Test E injection?
Is this just AAS urban legend or what.
I couldn't help but rub, even unconsciously.
I was out with some friends at a restaurant and I would always catch myself rubbing my leg.

To rub, or not to rub, that is the question.
