OK, I am having one of THOSE days!!!
How do YOU get yourself out of a funk when you have tried everything????
I went to the gym today, even though I didn't want to. Had a decent leg workout. Pressed 600, calf pressed 440
I went for a motorcycle ride
I talked with friends
Tried to help some newbies on here.....lolol
Nothing seems to be working!!!
Just can't seem to break out of this FUNK
Any suggestions not involving taking drugs will be greatly appreciated!!! I feel like I am at the end of my rope
