taking a 30mg p/d dosage all at once an hour before you train or breaking it up into 3 dosages throughout the day?
what about on days u don't train?

Spread the doses throughout the day to accommodate the short half life.
i would take them all at once because you are not takeing too much... if i was taking 50-60 mg a day i would spread them out.
if it's taken on it's own I would take 10mg every 4 hours and make sure 10mg 1 hour before your workout, that's the best way to keep a stable level in your system. you can skip days off if you are gona go for a long cycle but if it's only a short one all the way is better IMO
Why take all at once ?? Makes no sence, it has a very short 1/2 life, he could take 10 mgs every eight hours, worked fine for me, imo..Originally Posted by michaelmotorcycle

if something has a short life, then wouldnt it stop working or have less of an effect after a short time? if that's the case, i would have to think that allat once and then training an hour after would be ideal.
if you are stacking it this way then it's good to go 30mg/day for no longer then 4-6 weeks 10mg every 8 hours with 10mg 1 hour before workout, and up your water intake bro, and you can even skip the off days.Originally Posted by frank2738
