does anyone here train alone.....I DLed 2 muay thai videos and i had some bas rutten videos that i have been training with. I have a heavy bag, gloves, and a jump rope. My routine is jump rope for 5-10 mins, light shadow box for 3 rounds, heave bag 3 rounds, then intense shadow box for 3 rounds. Two weeks ago i almost got into a brawl cause some punks were talking shit to my lady friend and it pissed me off so much iam motivated again to train. I could of probably wooped their asses but it was too many dudes. So i had to walk away in shame lol. I have done boxing for a few months as a teenager and karate as a pre teen for a few years. A year ago i went to classes at a local gym and it was a joke so i figured id be better off with my own equipment and just work at home instead of with other ppl just trying to lose weight.
