yes i know..ive read up on it quite a bit and im sure most would agree on igf-1's abillity to help maintain gains made from a cycle, and even when takin by itself it can be pretty good at lean gains
since i run two cycles a years i would do it like this
10 wks oncycle
2 wks off
4 wks post cycle
3 wks off
4 wks igf-1lr3
3 wks off
10 wks on cycle
2 wks off
4 wks post cycle
3 wks off
4 wks igf-1lr3
3 wks off
then start over
give or take a few wks along with a clean diet year round high protein high carbs moderate healthy fats
and adjusted training due to my goals
