I need to drop some major BF..I'm 6'5" 300# about 27-29 BF, But it's All mostly in the Chest/Belly area..I've been looking int a HRT program but think I'd better drop some weight first.I do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week,I eat pretty clean, and Am currently on my 5th week of the Max OT lifting program with some great gains,(Went from 282 to 302 with no gain in BF).I'm having a hell of a time dropping the fat though....
First off let me state that I HAVE READ THE STICKIES !!!..LOL... My question is,I'm having a hard time registering all the extras to take with Clen (T3 and whatever all the others are),, And have been looking to do an ECA but there are so many different supps with Ephedra in them,are some better than others,,And am also having trouble figuring the dosages out..And it seems like every post or topic I read it says smithing different about what and how much to take..
I think I just confuse easily..![]()
I know there is hope for me here,I just need someone to slap me across the head with it.. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated
