    How do use Nolvadex/Gyno question??

    Hi,

I am a newbie and would appreiciate if someone can answer a few questions for me.

I am from the UK, 24 and have an athletic build with low body fat, I have never taken steroids but i have puffy nipples and tiny hard lumps underneath them which causes them to stick out.

My nipples have always been very slightly puffy. But over the last 7 months they have got alot worse and more pointy, they also feel more tender. I have been to the doctor and he has ran all the hormone tests and everything was fine. I am desperate to reduce the puffyness and lumps beneath the nipples.

I am thinking of starting with Nolvadex, can someone suggest a UK source?(PM me).

Can some suggest how i should take it, how much it should take and for how long?

Can Nolvadex cause an estrogen rebound? If yes, how do you come off nolvadex safely?

    PLEASE HELP.

Dont do anything... go to a doc if bothersome. Nolva will block estrogen not reverse it.

letrozole will reverse gyno. Also, I have had gyno flare ups in the past that went down and away after supplimenting with 60mg nolva per day until it subsided

There are some studies as well as quite a bit of anecdotal evidence that Letrozole will reduce/eliminate existing gyno. Not sure if they ship to the UK, but the board sponsor ARR(upper right banner)sells the stuff. Before you go about treating it, other than normal hormonal levels, what did your DR. say? Does he believe it to be gyno?

Letro will definetely get rid of the lumps and tenderness, but I'm not so sure it will take away the puffyness....I know quite a few people, including myself, who've had good results with letro, so I'd try that. You can order it right from this site. Just be sure to taper off very gradually to prevent estrogen rebound.

I thought letro and nolva etc were useless against natural (non steroid caused) gyno?

If you have medical insurance then I would recomend the surgery. A good friend of mine had it done and never had any probs again.

Well, IMO since you have never used AAS and in your doctor's opinion this is probably mild gyno I would be afraid to try the Letro treatment. Discontinuation of letrozole results in an estrogen rebound, this can be managed by tapering the dose down, but you still get some rebound. As it stands you are so very gyno prone that you have it without AAS any rebound of any source might exacerbate the condition dramatically.
