    nolva

    im taking 20mg nolva while on dbol
    and wondering if i should take them all together
    or seperate them around the day

    Spread the dbol out through the day, I like to take my nolva or clomid in the evening right before bed-seems to work best for me.

    Due to the short half life of Dbol, it's best to spread the dbol out throughout the day.
