how many cycles can u run safely in 1 year? i know guys run it all year, but that can't be good for your health or nat. test levels. i was thinking of doing 2 this year. how long recovery time do you need, if blood work is ok after PCT?

Time off should = time on including your PCT That is a good rule of thumb. But the only way to be completely sure is to have your blood levels checked
I think 2 a year is plenty
As long as they are only 8 -10 week cycles, then I'll agree.(2) 15 weeks cycles a year, at a young age, is only begging for trouble.Originally Posted by SMAN12B

Why do you feel at a young age you need to cycle twice yearly?
You want that Sandow by age 26 ?

it all depends i might do one a year then two the next then one again as long as you have a good time off and get bloodwork done i dont see a problem.
also some people are on cycle all year round but thats something i'am not planning to do for a long long time if ever

It depends how long the cycle is. One good reason for short cycles(4-6 weeks) is that you recover quicker and therefore can do more cycles if you wish,or you can do as I do and have loads of time off giving your body nice long rest periods between cycles.
