Just throw them in the oven with some viggie......Easy
Baked in the over at 375 for 10 minutes each side cooks them nice and tender. George Forman grill cooks 'em quick and easy. Never boiled chicken, but I would assume you put some water in a shallow pan on medium heat and cook for as long as it takes to get rid of the pink.

i boil my chicken all the time.. doesn't taste real great, but i can cook like 10 breasts at a time and it's no maintenance. just throw enough water in the pot to cover all the chicken, bring it to a boil, then throw the chicken in. the chicken is usually done when it floats to the top. 8-12 minutes or so depending on how much you are cooking.
Get a grill or at least a george foreman
to answer your question as only 1 did. get a big pot and fill w/ water, bring it all to a boil and throw the chicken in. when teh water boils again, wait like 10 mins or so and just check one for tenderness and "doneness" when one's done they're all done. i prefer baking as well thoughOriginally Posted by paddy155

i used to boil, then i baked, now i foreman. i prefer the foreman, as it is fast and does not heat my whole apartment up like when i baked.
Exactly what nova said.Originally Posted by novastepp
Boil water, add chicken. Boil for about 15 minutes.
Only difference that I highly recommend is using a thermometer to check for doneness. Salmonella is no joke. Cook until at 170 degrees.
On the other hand, nova is still alive, so I'm sure you'll be fine, but play it safe and overcook rather than undercook.
I love boiling chicken... I can do like 15 breasts at a time and it is MUCH more tender (not dry) than when I cook it any other way.
I'd never go back to BBQ, though I may try baking in the oven.
