    My final cry for help

They can't find anything wrong with my back but the pain is insane. It went away for a while and I had relief but it just came back. And worse.

I want an operation. I can't take this anymore. But they can't operate because they can't find anything.

I'm at the point that I wanna kill myself.

The pain is with me constantly, every f*cking day and night and I can't even enjoy my life so what's the point of living?

Can't go to the gym which I love.
Can't eat, have sex, can't work... friggen nothing.

If someone has the solution out there, please tell me, I am willing to try anything now. This is like being in prison.

Muscular pain is worst the bone pain.

I have been having this for 5 years now, what has worked for me is posture exercices.

How did the pain happen, i got injured true very bad forms on the squat and deadlift, my pelvic twisted and i went to see a chiro that made it worst.

An osteopath replaced my pelvic but after a year and a half the surrounding muscles where weak and my posture was really bad.

Sure doc sust can guide you to where to seek help, he has been great so far helping me out.

wow man! don't give up like that. I'm sure there is relief in your future.

How did it start? While working out or something?

Always use a back belt. This is my only advice for now.

I have sciatica so I can feel your pain bro.....your back muscles may be in a spasm causing bad inflamation....I know when my back muscles spaz out (especially after my leg workouts) it causes my sciatic nerve to really act up due to inflamation.....unfortunatly there is no cure for this problem, only therapy....I was very active in judo which I had to stop, not to mention it put me out of the gym for months

Could you give some medical history regarding your back or any pertinent medical history you have.

What types of MDs have you seen (Ortho, neuro, neurosurgeon etc..)?

What tests have you had and the results (X-ray, MRI, CT can, myelogram, EMG, NCV etc..)?

Describe the pain (Pinpoint, radiating, burning, etc).

Any tingling or numbness? If so, where?

When the pain went away before, what made it go away?

Sorry to ask so many questions but without some background info there is no educated way to answer your question.

you have to find a chiro that does active release technique. give me a FULL description of pain and onset, all treatment and dates when it started and all tests that were done

The pain is my entire back and neck.

It comes and goes, more come than go.

Went to an Ortho, I got a xray done. They can't find anything.

they should send you for an mri tio see of there is neve impigement. i reomenc you find a chiro, or go back to your ortho and get an mri, also some manipulations of the cervical and thoracic spine will help. do you have a good chiro?
