i am def one who passed up on to many leg workouts in the past. focusing on how big i can get my upper body i didnt care too much about my legs so i only did just enough leg workouts to maintain some muscle. well since i havnt been able to walk for 3 weeks now because of knee surgery and havnt been able to actually run in 2 months, it makes you think. right now my quad on my bad leg is smaller then what my biceps were when i was lifting. my message basically is to the other guys like me who know they dont focus on legs as much as they do their arms, and chests. Work your legs! you dont realize how important that is until you actually cant use them!..i can guarantee once im back to the gym in the next couple months my legs are going to eventually be one of my best features!. i will eventually have before and after pictures to prove this. this surgery def has me looking at things differently...
just my thoughts because i know there are many others like me who dont give the wheels enough work.
