    Big Wrap Burritos

I'm sorry for even asking this question. But I just wanted to get other peoples opinions on these. I'm speaking about the burrito's wrapped in the over sized tortillas with white rice in them.

Some of the Brand names I recall are:

    Zaba's
    Q-doba
    Chipotle

One a scale from one to ten with one being the absolute worst meal you could put into your body, and ten being an ideal rounded balanced meal, how would these burritos rate overall?

    1 - 10

I know the tortilla's themself are bad news. But the innerds.... Beans, chicken breast meat, white rice, white cheese, pico de gayo salsa, and lettuce.

Are they just completely bad news and should be avoided alltogether except for cheat meals? Or are they suitable for maybe once or twice a week?

well for cutting i would personally save them for a cheat meal/day and if your bulking they probly aren't a bad deal. I haven't done a bulking diet so i can't put my opinion on how it worked for me but thats just what i think.
