im taking arrs t3 and im upto 100mcgs.
just bought some sea kelp , each tab contains 150ius of iodine. how many tabs should i be taking, and also what effect will this have on the t3??

tread slowly with the kelp t3 is very different in everyone.

I had the same question... how much iodine to t3 to get the total effect? How do you know if the t3 is working?
