I think BCAA's would be great to add for PWO shake. Also taken consistantly during the day during cutting, the would be a nice Anti-catabolic.

I just started taking BCAA's about 3 weeks ago, and stopped the pwo shakes because i didnt get anything from them at all. BCAA's are amazing when taking in high enough doseages, i can't believe that these helped so much with muscle soreness and recovery. Although the pwo shakes had them in it, i really would go with the Beverly international MASS amino tablets. Maybe im just wierd, but these help me a bunch.
