Nolva/Clomid, when do you take it?

Im trying out M1T for the first time, running it once I get all my stuff together.
4 weeks 10mg ED, still waiting on a transderm4ad
and my PCT is going to be nolva/clomid of course.
When do you take it?
Is it me or does anyone else chase it with water after they shoot it down their throat lol.

As well, if anyone could link me up to a Dermal 4AD thatd be great.

Start PCT, the day after your last M1T dose.

Chase it with water. That is what Lion recommends.

Be careful you don't get scammed (4AD).
