kicking dumbells up with my knees to do a seated overhead press is how this happend,althoe pain did not start until later that evening the pain is significantly bad.It hurts to bend over foward or backwoards,pain is comin from base of spine and only hurts when i'm not in a relaxed position,it's been 4 days pain still the same,is this type of pian indicitive to disc injury?oh i'm 26 been traing for 6 years off an on, and after a 2 month break from traing hard for 8 months straight, now that i'm trying to get back into the gym my body is not cooperating please help sorry for the rant.
