I'm curently in week 3 of my 10 week bulking cycle of 500mg susta/week, 400mg Deca/week and i'm planning to do a 6 week clen/t3 combo at the end of the cycle just to get some hardnes and get rid of the fat i gain. I will also be using test prop at 50mg ED and/or winstrol 50mg ED. Also i will up cardio to 45-60 min ED.
I've made some research on how should a cutting diet look like while on clen/t3.
Most people seem to support moderate carbs, while other suggest to keep them low.
What worked best for u?
Any input would be great since I have never used clen before so i need some advise on this one, just to form a good cutting diet.
Stats are 86-87 kilos at 1.75 cm...At the moment!![]()
