    PWO carbs

I've read all the threads debating between high and low GI carbs for PWO while cutting. Some people advocate oatmeal, others advocate dex/malto. What are peoples opinions on a combination of 40g whey, 40g oatmeal, and 40g dextrose? This will be a PWO shake at about 9:00pm followed an hour later by a can of tuna then sleep. All opinions and advice are welcome.

imo, thats ok, but id just go with 40g of whey and 80g of dex...you really need to try to get a PPWO meal in there with some protien/slow carbs, then have your tuna a couple hours later before bed, and try to get some efa's with it as well

the problem with what you suggested is that I go to bed by 11 everynight... so if I dont finish my workout till 9, get in my pwo shake, then a ppwo meal dont you think its too close to bed for carbs (even if slow carbs)?
