Last summer I cut weight for about a month from 170 to 160 eating under 2000 calories and doing 45 min cardio 4 times a week. At 5'9 160 I look kinda scrawny so I took ce2 and No2 and lifted hard for 6 weeks. I got the biggest I have ever been and my bench went from 230 to 275. Was this just the effects of hard work or has anyone had the same or bad results with the product. I am considering on cycle off cycle anyone tried it?
