possible but I would say its pretty damn hard.
If you lose 2ibs of pure fat(incredibly hard) each week that would reduce your bodyfat with about 0.8% bf week.
More resonable would be to assume one of those ibs are fat. So maby 0.5% week.

hell, i lost 6lbs this last week just walkin and cuttin back on my cal intake....but then again im around 32%bf so its easier to shed the lbs....lol

Jef, in your current state it would be hard to do seeing as you are already lean. i would aim for what Johan suggested and just eat dead on. if you are sticking the diet without cardio you should still see great success if your diet fits you well enough. then throw in some cardio after a few weeks and you will get there. my $.02
1 month Update. joined swolegnx...orignal stats 220lb and apx 10.4-11% bf...dropped to 213.5lbs and b.f.tested today at 7.96%...not 1% a week but working awesome for me! Another update to come in 30 days with a 5,7 pt cal test and 1 hydrostatic test.
