I want to gain as little fat as possible. Would it be wise to do 30 minutes of cardio (elliptical) 5 days a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? Would this drasticaly reduce gains as the cardio can be catabolic?
Same question for p.c.t. with nolva, and clomid
