Just started on keto yesterday and have been going well good diet (no cheating) and good workout's and cardio. I'm following a 50/40/10% marcro breakdown for fat/protein/carbs. I'm 225lbs 6'2 15% b/f and 18 years old. Is it alright to eat 20-30g of daily fat in the last 2 meals of the day? wats something good to snack on? and what vegge's are good for carbs? i've been searching and read alot about keto diets and will be using it for 4 weeks then a break of 2 weeks then another 4 weeks if needed. I havent felt tyred yet and have been full of energy it's been good! thanks for your help in the last thread and hope u dont mind helping again.
