He's 21, about 6'2 and weighs in at about 110kg. He has a MASSIVE frame- very wide shoulders, THICK back and big legs but his shoulders overshadow his chest. He's been training for a year and he has made extraordinary gains. He can deadlift 200kg for reps and bench 120kg for reps no problems at all. He is a strong boy.
To cut a long story short, he wants to do a 12 week cycle of prop at 400mg a week , shot EOD. There really isn't much point in trying to convince him otherwise. I have tried a number of times and he has his mind set on doing it, so what I am asking is for a little advice I can give him just so he doesn't stuff himself up.
He is going to take PCT and he won't start his cycle until he gets some.
He has never done a cycle before but he is willing to listen to any advice I can give him that will help. ( dont say tell him not to, I have and it doesnt work )
You me and the guy next door all know that it's not a great idea, but what can I tell him to lessen the risks involved?
