    The ventrogluteal is hip

I've found the ventro or "hip" shot to be the easiest to get to and the easiest on pain and soreness. How often can each side be hit? I've been hitting them on rotation 2x a week for about 2 1/2 weeks now.
So far everything is good. When should scar tissue become a concern and how would I know about it? Is it internal or on the skin?
    Lemme know.

Should wait 6-7 days between hitting same spot to help prevent scar tissue buildup

Ditto what tony said one shot per site per week

Scare tissue is in the muscle not on the skin when you try to push a needle thru it it will hurt and be alot harder to push in than normal
