    My first cycle...need help

    Ok so i'm about to start my first cycle... Peaple keep telling me to take windstraw, cause i like to be lean.. But don't u think i would need to bulk up first, So i was thinking of stacking test with windstraw my first cycle, like on test for 12 weeks and whinny the last 6 weeks r so.. What ya'll think............... I'm 23 6'2 200lbs and if i had to guess i'm about 16%b/f, I've been on a harecore diet lately cause i won't to start my cycle at a toned 185. So i'm planning on starting in 4 weeks...... Here is my diet as of right now to shed the fat.... 7am drink 10 liquid egg whites/ eat i can of tuna...11am Can of tuna/R boiled chicken, whey protien shake...5pm boiled chicken with veggs....The weight has been flying off and i'm toneing up fast... So would u say i'm going about it the right way? I just want to get my b/f% down to around 12% before i start..... I plan to post pics of my gains weekly along with stats... Thanks

    1st cycle doesnt = winstraw.

    From the way you spell it, I get the feeling your 16-20? Anyway 1st cycle = test E 500mgs/week 10-12 weeks + proper pct.

    If you want to be lean/cut and at 185lbs with a lower bf % then 16 which your at right now then begin a proper cutting meal plan which you can find tons in the diet forums which will help/assist you with your goal. This way you dont need to worry about cutting or staying lean while on cycle. Your job would be to bulk on test alone and thats it.

    Post your diet in the diet forum. List all the times,meals,calories,carbs,fat,protein etc and the guys will be able to assist you with that. This is the aas questions and answers forum only.

    So then drop the bf from 16% to 12% at the very least. You will need to begin a cutting diet asap.

    I'm new at this, when u say proper pct? i'm lost there. And lol at the way i spelled winstraw

    Then your no where near ready! Do alot of research, read different sitcky threads in the pct forums, steroid questions and answers forum. By then atleast you will get an understanding of a proper cycle.

    someone post him a link for the under age newbie threads

    My advice to you is to just cut for now and get down to 185lbs at 12% bf then my then hopfully you will be more experienced and more knowledge of aas and if not then you can complete a bulking meal plan without aas.

    Cool, well i guess your right..Am going to just stick to my cutting and try to get my body as lean and toned as i can before i start.... So ya'll be seeing me in about 5 weeks r so, I plan on keeping ya'll up todate when i start my cycle cause i'm giving this 110%....Thanks

    Well before we see you again in 5 weeks we care for your health and dont want you to die or do a messed up half ass cycle then lose all your gains.

    Do ALOOOOOOOOOOT of research about aas and pct sense you didn't know what "proper pct" was.
