Ok so i'm about to start my first cycle... Peaple keep telling me to take windstraw, cause i like to be lean.. So i'm planning on starting in 4 weeks...... Here is my diet as of right now to shed the fat.... 7am drink 10 liquid egg whites/ eat i can of tuna...11am Can of tuna/R boiled chicken, whey protien shake...5pm boiled chicken with veggs....The weight has been flying off and i'm toneing up fast... So would u say i'm going about it the right way? I just want to get my b/f% down to around 12% before i start..... I plan to post pics of my gains weekly along with stats... Thanks
