    Skydivers?

    Any other skydivers out there?

Skydivers use different sized parachutes based on their weight and experience (this is a bit oversimplified). The smaller the parachute, the faster you fly under it. The more you weigh, the faster you fly under your parachute. Putting on 20 lbs in about a month is making my dives a lot more exciting.

    Skydiving kicks ass.
I have to do a couple more jumps before I get to pull my own chute.
    Cant wait.

I've done 2 static line jump. Beginners, from 3000 feet.for those who dont know static line is when you hook you chute to the plane so when you jump it automatically open. You have to go thru a series of static line jumps before they trust you to free fall.

i thought the free fall was funner...u feel invincible and so powerful...its really weird...but i thought when the shoot was deployed was scarier, just cause it was goin so slow and he was doin tricks in it, but we were still mad high...the thought of fallin out of the thing made me shit myself...

I just started jumping this year but I've gotten about 35 jumps in so far. I can't get enough of it.

I have 42 jumps under my belt but it has been about 10 or more years since then.....it was great except I wasn't into all the formation work that it seems if you dont' do, you dont get to go up....at least at the place I jumped. I just wanted to jump and enjoy the freefall myself The only 2 ways and 3 ways i wanted werer in bed......lolol

It is expensive to get started. I just got my own rig, so it "only" costs me about 20 bucks a jump now.
