    Unhappy Motorcycle accident-almost died-bike toalted

I finished my docs apt and decided to go for a long ride, ended up being 4 hrs on i275.....I was speeding like crazy...I got 181mph for 6 secs....181mph.....all was good nothing happened..I get off i275 and down a road.....speed limit is 40...Im just at 37....the light is green.....I keep on going but this car takes a left and im like **** that was close...then split second...another car is behind that one......

there was nothing I could do, I hit the back/side.....my bike rolled off alot...I flew over like 6ft in the air....came down and rolled atleast 10 times........these secs were unreal......everything got silent and dark...it was very wierd...I stop moving....tens of people are stopping, gathering around....I look at the car and its missing like 30% of it...my bike is fvcked up for good and blood is gushing out of me....gushing out......I get up on my feet and look still not believing what happened.......I get up and everything is fine....no broken bones, no major injuries.....just tons of scrapes, deep cuts and funny thing....my helmet...got a tiny tiny scratch...not hit or anything......they take me in the ambulance and when I arrive theyre waiting and the guy looks at me and says this is the motorcycle accident...because the bike...the accident how it happened...im even surprised thats all I got.......the cop gave me her info and est damage is min 5000 I dont have insurance...... its 9000/year...atleast its her fault and Im going after her and getting the exact same bike again.

Right now everything is fvcked up, 1st I get into an accident 2 days after my bike, get bit by a spider and lose flesh from my arm...then this major accident.....whats next??

I started smoking, drinking again and popping vicodins.......Im not gonna let myself go...but this is alot of shit...all happened within 29days.....all that shit in 29days......

1st time in my life I feel sad although Im happy I didnt die I guess......Im still ok I guess....just shocked at this whole thing......but shit happens right??

nice to know you are ok. but seriously buddy, stop riding bikes, you seem to be ridiculously unsafe on the things. dont get me wrong, im not knocking bikes, my family owns several motorbike dealerships in england, and it is bikes that have given me the life that i have had. but from reading your numerous posts on your recent bike accidents, sound inept and unsafe on 2 wheels. its great that you have survived, but next time you, or someone else, may not

    Thanks guys,

The accident happened at 2:45 pm (8 now)....cops came in 2 mins....got the nicest cop in the world.......was really supportive...made sure I got everything I needed waited a bit after I went to the hospital and spoke to me, made sure I was fine and told me what to do to get my money/bike....very nice/decent guy.

I do not think I will stop riding even after this, I love bikes too much......it's just part of me..speed...my dad used to race professionally (cars though) it's in my blood.

As soon as the accident happened I swear eveyrthing got so dark, silent and kind of slow motion like........this is gonna sound wierd....but the way I hit, rolled over, there was no way I couldve gotten out of this like this.....the guys who called the cops thought I was dead...I took alot of hits and cuts and lost alot of blood......I get in alot of shit, accidents, got stabbed, etc.... but nothing is ever Very serious....nothing......

After all this in the past 29days with all the shit that happened....I feel somewhat god-like or untouchable.....My confidence and esteem are so high.

just be considerate of others whilst your on your bike bro, cops wont be so supportive if you take someone else out due to crazy ass stunts. go easy dude. and, just because you feel invincible, does not mean you wont get fat from all the beers lol

Wtf isn't insurance mandatory in the states. And how old are you by the way 9,000 for insurance is insane. max I have to pay is like 1000euros ($1,200) that for the highest categorie bike with an open policy.

Does anyone know what Im supposed to do now? to get the new bike and medical bills paid? I know insurance companies always try to screw you over....and lawyers take 33.3-35% of profit......any ideas?

i would think that something like this would make you more " humanlike" & or respectful of speed & other people instead of "god-like" .

please be safe bro...we dont want to come to the board & not have you here one day....

You were going too fast - plain and simple. you should always assume the worst and take caution especially when entering intersections where cars are waiting to turn left!

  21. #21
Damn man thats crazy... I love speed and all but I'll never get on a bike. Slow down and go easy on the bikes..glad to hear you're okay

good luck having no insurance..ive seen people get fcuked over in accidents because they were uninsured so they argue that you shouldnt have been driving

you obviously are a terrible driver with 9 grand for insurance a good friend of mine has 4 tickets over 1.5 years and 3 accidents over about 2 years and his insurance is 5500 full collission in massachusetts

its selfish driving with no insurance especially going that fast man...imagine if something serious was to happen to yourself and you badly injured someone else? who would pay for their medical bills?

im not preaching to you or anything but you couldve ruined your own life and someone elses..i hope you learned a lesson and i also hope everything goes well for you

well I'm happy your survived but bro you were asking for it speeding crazy like that all the time (even tho you didn't crash cuz of the speed)

I'm confused....didn't the cop ask you for your copy of insurance? cuz if he finds out you dont have insurance

    a) you cant sue her and

    b) you fukkkeedd!!!! your going to get a ticket for driving without insurance which I got when I was younger its about 5gs minimum...I'd look into it bro.

glad to hear your okay. Its always scary crashing (kind of a surreal things, believe me I've been there many a time racing)

As far as the insurance goes, 9000/year seems rediculous. Are you sure that it not for full coverage? Just liability insurance would be not very expensive. Full coverage (assuming you have a decent record) should be around 1500 year max!

I would say get another bike, and BUY SOME FVCKING LEATHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and buy the book "sport riding techniques" off amazon.com

    Good luck,

    GP

ive been in a street accident and many race wrecks, ad all I can say is, it doesnt work that way... A bikers is a biker till they die...

Although the way you described the accident, maybe you should take a bike course and a race school.

You hit someone from behind, I doubt you'll get anything out of it..

and by the sounds of your insurance premiums, this isnt the first accident you've been in...

I wont blame the car here, i'll blame inexperience and foolishness..

You ARE NOT required to carry insurance for a bike, I would but its too high

you obviously are a terrible driver with 9 grand for insurance a good friend of mine has 4 tickets over 1.5 years and 3 accidents over about 2 years and his insurance is 5500 full collission in massachusetts
    FVCK YOU

I am a safe driver, I have not had one speeding ticket or traffic violation my insurance is high because it's a $10,000 brand new race bike.

Your friend is a SHITTY rider btw.
its selfish driving with no insurance especially going that fast man...imagine if something serious was to happen to yourself and you badly injured someone else? who would pay for their medical bills?
When the accident happened I was going at 35mph.

    [QUOTE]

    Not required to have insurance.

    a) you cant sue her and
    a- Yes I can and I am.

    b) you fukkkeedd!!!! your going to get a ticket for driving without insurance which I got when I was younger its about 5gs minimum...I'd look into it bro.
    lol riiiite.

This is a Yamaha R6 06, like I said Im a safe driver with not 1 violation it's just really high here in Florida.

Although the way you described the accident, maybe you should take a bike course and a race school.
I have completed the MSF course, passed with 96-100 and was excluded from taking the DMV's road test so save me all that.

You hit someone from behind, I doubt you'll get anything out of it..
Think again pal, the cop said it was HER FAULT because I HAD RIGHT OF PASSAGE and est. damage for my bike only is 5K not to mention bills, not being able to work etc..

and by the sounds of your insurance premiums, this isnt the first accident you've been in...
1st accident was my friend's fault for riding infront of me and losing control over his bike I broke my foot FOR the bike and thats it.

I wont blame the car here, i'll blame inexperience and foolishness..
and I could give a flying fvck, witnesses, cops all said it WAS HER FAULT. so think again

-I am not required to have insurance of any kind although I would but its too high.

    - I am a safe driver with not 1 traffic violation.

-I have completed a course and passes extremly well.

-It was her fault, determined by the cop, witness and everyone there I was going at 35mph when it happened (within legal limit) so

-I will get compensation for damage, medical bills, etc....

    Just so you know...

first accident was your fault for following too close to your friend... It was your friends fault HE ****ed up... You can twist it anyway you want, you ****ed up on your own, it was nothing he did..

On top of that, that little r6 should slice around any vehicle easily if you could handle it right..

Your accidents are your own fault, beginner mistakes, just too bad you dont seem smart enough to care that not being able to ride and thinking you can will get you killed.

I mightve been able to avoid the 1st one to be honest with you, yes....you are right here and Ill admit if I was wrong or mistaken It was during my 1st week so I still wasnt used to it as in the MSF if you know nething about it, we ride small bikes.

I slowed down and everything but I had to lay it down from too much force and broke my foot cause I went under the bike to protect it.

The second accident WAS NOT MY FAULT it wasnt her right of passage and there was a 2nd car to the right and stopped car to the left say whatever you want, you have no fvcking clue what ur talking about.

The cop, witness, me and the DRIVER that caused it ALL ADMITTED IT WAS HER FAULT, ALL OF EM NOW STFU

bottom line your okay and thats allllllllll that matters right? money to fix the bike will hopfully come from the lawsuit which will take awhile let me warn you.

then hopfully in the future you will just do the speed limit and drive with more care other then that its all done with maa maan
