I do an Intermusclear B12 shot 1000mg twice a week. Laymans terms they give it to old people so they are not so Lethargic or tired all the time. It helps with your diet, you will find your self eating more. Look at the back of most energy drinks, they all say 100% of daily recomended allowence which is about 80mg. A typical IM injection, 1cc, is 1000mg. I.M. is so much better then oral. Try it.

i wouldn't shoot cold, it would be very unconfortable considering that your body will have to heat the substance to its natural temperature. let it atleast get room temp.
