    In season workout?

    Play football in Juco I only weigh 165 14%bf and Im having hardest time putting on weight. eating about 3500-4000 cals a day, should I go more? I heard Isolating muscle groups to one a day helps gain mass better then all the squats, cleans and plyos I have been doing. Also Im going to run test cyp, decca and dbol, going to start a week before camp, any suggestions?
