Well it's been 2 weeks since I worked legs due to an ankle injury and I like to switch off and on every other week with high/low reps. Well today I did some Swole Squats. Now my ankle was pretty good, but I decided to do 4 sets instead of 5 b/c I didn't want to risk injury and my ankle started to get a little sore not much, but hey. So my 3rd set is over and I want to cry but instead I end up puking in the bathroom. I haven't puked in a long while and I think it was a combonation of the workout and eating my preworkout meal a little too soon before the workout. It wouldn't have been so bad but the gym was full today with little kids with their basketball tournement and of course the whole bathroom was flooded with them. Long story shot the bathroom was empty after the first hurl or two. Kids running out of there and when I come out I get the stare from about 100 parents. Damn you SwoleBut it was a hell of a workout
