As far as I know, you are at the right place.
I'm a diabetic myself and have found that the sample cutting diet is how every diabetic should be eating anyways.

No my friend is. He did a comp two days ago and his sugar completely freaked out. At one stage his sugar was 1,2. This sugar fluxuation made his body hold back water, especially around his legs. In two weeks hes doing another show and i want to help him as much as i can...
