    Question dbol help

    hi i am 21yr old and weight around 165lbs and 5-11 or 6 ft tall i dunnu how much mg per day should i take 25mg or less or more, i want to run it for 5-6 weeks.

    A dbol only is not a good option. You could try running a seach and you may want to check out the educational forum.

    oh my bad i forgot i am going either for deca or test e i know the mg for both but not for dbol

    you MUST put the test E in your cycle (with or without deca)..as for D-bol I would suggest starting at 30mg ED and see how it goes from there..maybe you could also increase it to 40mg....is this your first cycle?

    165lbs @ 6ft is a bean pole and in my opinion 21 is too young.

    Dude what is your training experience and diet like?

    ya this is my first cycle i know about the pct so dw. so test e is better for keepiing gains then deca? and should i use 23g and 1/2 needle?

    P.S ur not the one to decide i am 21 and soon to me 22 i ran alot and have 7 % body fat thats y i wana bump up to 185 to 190. i started to work out seriously for endurance past 3 or even 4 yrs but i guess i dont eat allot of junk.. but thanx for the help.

    throw some Test in there otherwise do not do anything
