liquid clen

is it alright for me to mix my liquid clen with something???...i really hate the taste..i was thinking of throwing it in a protien shake or mixing it with some gatorade or something..thanks bros

I would not do it. Just take a big sip of water after you take it.

I put mine in a small spray bottle and just measured the spray and gave a quick spray and then swallow. It helps with the taste. I know what you mean though. I used clen in the holidays and stacked it with ephedrine...

Iagree with the water after or you could take clen then take crystal light after to get the flavor out of ur mouth.
