last year in may (bout14months ago)i broke my leg playing rugby league both bones tib and fib.I have done rehab.I can job now but cant sprint.The main prob is i can only do squats with a very light weight bout 30 kilo any think over that and i get pain in my knee.I have done heavy squats but they hurt i dont think the knee will give way it feels strong but theres just pain should i just stick to a light weight or go heavy.With all other leg excerises i dont get any pain
