    Wrapping up 3rd week of 1st cycle

    First off I work 3 jobs and help train and put together diets for overweight people looking to better thier lifes. I try to post on here as much as I can But I barely have enough time to jerk off by the end of the day (which is now really becoming a problem , being horny 24-7 on this cycle )
    Thanks for everyone posting and sharing your help and experiences. ANYWAY...

    12 weeks test-e 250mgx2
    4 weeks dbol 30mg ED
    l-dex .25mg ED

    I have packed on a whopping 21 pounds so far!!! I posted my diet on here and thank Christ I did and revised it! I am always hungry and have been consuming a steady 5-6kcals a day..(only 4 scoops of protein , 1 to flavor my oats, 1 to flavor my pumpkin, and 2 w/ breakfast shake)

    Over the past few years I have dropped over 100 pounds of lard and packed on a little size.

    I started this cylce just as I broke into single digit BF for the first time in my life- my mother widhed I would have enjoyed it a bit more but oh well- Yes I said my mom, she even did my second injection 4 me..she has monitored my progress over the years with me and has helped alot so instead of hiding this from her we both researched and decided to go ahead with it..

    The weight gain has put huge gains in my upper body, my shirts that were once a little loose are not form fitting.

    My strength is starting to increase in alot of lifts BUT staying the same and even decreased in a couple..(hoping this will level out soon)

    The pumps feel great!
    I am now horny from waking up until bed time
    No rage BUT I have a great sense of self confidence AND in situations where before I would get very anxious, I am now cool as a cucumber.

    BOTTOM LINE - I FEEL LIKE HE-MAN FROM THE TIME I WAKE UP UNTIL BED.
    I have a hard time describing the feeling but it is just unreal...

    now the negatives

    My area is in the middle of a heat wave and the past couple days I have had times during the day where I have just had to take a cold shower to cool down (this has never happened b4, I handle heat well) I now get minor hot flashes..
    BUT nothing to be overly concerned w/

    BLOAT= I'm drinking at least 2 gallons of water ED, but I notice a bloat as the day goes on. In the morning I can see my top 4 abs-at bed time I look ****ing pregnet. OH WELL-

    I had a cheat day on day 14..
    4 out of my 8 meals were a cheat

    #! 3 slices of pizza, grilled chicken salad
    #2 24oz prime rib, 2 baked potatoes, salad
    #3 40z chicken, 4oz steak, 4 oz pork, 4 oz shrimp stif fry w/ asian veggies
    #4 5 pieces bacon, 8 whole eggs, 4 whole wheat pitas, 8oz corned beef hash-
    and I had 1 cup of fat/sugar free Ice cream

    Funny thing is I looked my absolute best on this day- I had a pump all day and just look huge and vascular?
    BUT I'm only having a day like this every 14 to 21 days- the rest of it is tight.


    BACK PUMPS SUCK - no explation needed- I thought it was cool at first but as the day went on it started to piss me off.

    ACNE- MY OWN FAULT- I have been somewhat careless and not washing my body with the proper medications (shampoos and medicated whipes)
    I have gotten like 3or 4 good sized ones on my back and my face is a little oily.

    ANKLES ARE SWOLEN

    I get nasty shin splints during cardio BUT I think this is due to the weight gain.
    This morning they were so bad the looked like bouncy balls sticking out of my calves.

    21 lbs after 3 wks?!?!?! on test e to boot?

    and some of those cheat meals on your cheat day are rediculous..

    #3 40z chicken, 4oz steak, 4 oz pork, 4 oz shrimp stif fry w/ asian veggies
    geeez...but shit, if it works, more power to you

    AGREED!!!!!!!! pizza??? shrimp??? pork??? whew..man...i HOPE u have a FAST metabolism..id be fat

    One of my jobs is at an Oil terminal . On an average day I have to walk 3-4 miles over rough terrain and climb 5 tanks (85 stairs up 85 down a piece)

    That day was my 3rd BUSy 12 hour day in a row..
    busy day= lifting w/ 20 minutes cardio after then a 12 hour shift walking 5-7 miles and I had to climb 19 tanks AND docking a Oil tanker (dragging ropes- climbing ladders, pulling 4" ropes across a tide... My apetite was huge and with it being hot as hell out I figured it ok to overeat that day..

    If I sat behind a desk all day then it would be a different story

    as far as the weight gain Im now a firl believer of the PRIMING theory, I had dieted down a 9-10% bf and then changed my routine and ate like an animal the day I started.

    P.S. I also just noticed I posted this in the wrong section- very sorry...

    and that chicken was 4oz not 40 sorry fat thumb

    i was horny as h*ll wk. 2-4 after that it went back to normal. i know the feeling. i always feel stronger and bigger when i eat like that on cheat day. congrats on the great gains in only 3 wks.
