deca and sust

im fixing to start the cycle this monday, and i have been researching about how much sust i should take. i am planning taking 500mg deca every five days, and 300mg sust every five days. the sust probably could be a little higher. i have read that it is not a good idea to inject once a week. most common is every 2 or 3 days. do you think that every five days is to long? any info or advice is greatly appreciated.

IMO you are taking to much deca and not enough sust

So I suggest you do this

wk 1-12 Sust 500mg/week shoot 250mg on Mon and Thurs
wk 1-11 Deca 300mg/week as above and mix with the sust in the same shot

i have taken sust mon and thur only...after learning about the actual make up of sust learned that you should take a minumum 125-250 EOD with that I took 250 E3D with MUCH better results.

week 1-12 deca300-400 EW
Week 9-14 winny 50mg ED
