Im 22 years old, i do not compete, and i only use gear now and then to just give me a boost etc. so my courses etc are nothing compared to what ive seen on here. LOL
im not looking to get huge. i'm training to get bigger, but more cut at the same time right now. thats why ive dropped the weight at the moment to increase my reps.
Over 5 weeks i have been using
Anabol - EVERY DAY
Deca - 3ML (600MG) PER WEEK
sust - 1ML (not sure of MG) PER WEEK
im looking to extent this to another 5 weeks. any suggestions as to what i should do?
i am thinking of stopping the anabol and having 4ML (800MG) of deca per week and 2ML (not sure of MG) of sust per week.
does this sound ok? if not, then let me know of what would be better. i trust that between all of you guys know pretty much everything that you need to know¬!
