Letro question 2

It suggest taking letro at .25mg a day.. but the stuff im thinking about purchasing is 2.5mg/ml so ill run into problems... it says not to go over.25... help plz ?

2.5mg/ml= 1/10th of a ml= 0.25

depending on where you purchace from,you will get some sort of measuring device along with it. i currently run letro at 0.25, mine has a dropper
