    i got a mate thats havin it done next week and wanted to know how long b4 he could get bak at it.....

    It went well bro. I was healing well and started back in the gym last week (after 7 weeks) but burst a stitch open on my wound and blood was coming out of my belly button.... think i over did it! Back to square one now
