I will start of by stating my stats. I am a 29 year old former athlete(football). I wiegh 295 at this point. I work out 6 days a week, with a modest amount of cardio. My diet is fairly clean, I eat a well balanced amount of carbs versus protien, with my protien intake being about 2 grams per lb. My hieght is 6-0, simply put I am already a big boy. The last three years in the gym have been good to me in the gym, but I want more. I ma no longer chasing NFL dreams, nor am I drug screened at this point, so why not get huge? I have researched fairly extinsevely on the topic of "(GEAR)" and feel I am ready to make a huge step in my wieghtlifting endevours. I would like to keep my first fairly safe with low estrogens, so here is what I have copmpiled for my first:
cycle 8 weeks-
Deca 200mg/ a week for 8.
D-bol tabs 5 tabs week 1 and 8, 6 tabs weeks 2 thru 7.
winstrol week 4-8 150 mg/ week
Does this seem to be a good cycle? Or should I do some test for first? Is my winny good at once a week for shredding? I have heard that you should inject daily. Sorry for the long post. but thank you fior your time.
