    Alcar/Glucorell/ Cardio

Should I take my Alcar, Glucorell combo after my cardio, right before I eat my pro/carb meal?. I was told not to take this combo after lifting, but not sure About cardio. BTW This combo rocks with my cutting diet right now, am using some sesapure as well and these are my new fav. supplements. Mac your help would be great, as always..

yes, you want to take it prior to your post cardio meal. some people dont take it with a post lifting meal to get a higher insulin response, whether this is actually all that necessary or effective is debatable.

glad that they are treating you well

Cool, just the answer I was looking for, I also have been taking my sesapure with pro/fat meals, and just started using a couple of alcar and glucorell with a couple of pro/fat meals aswell. Think that is a waste?, should I just stick with pro./carb for the alcar/glucorell combo.. Thanx again bro..

really depends on personal response, there are people where taking with low/zero carb meals will make a big difference, others seem to feel not much effect in that aspect.

YES. k-rala is not as effective. A good R-lipoic glucorell or AOR is far better than K-rala. I have tried both geronova (who is distributor in the US- supposedly having a patent) and GXR. Not comparable to Glucorell or AOR.

    agree, though a bit biased.

have nothing but contempt for geronova, they have very substandard ethical practices.

weren't they involved in those fake lab tests? that was a huge blow-up on bb.com.
